I cannot log in, it says I have the wrong password or ref code
Navigate to the log-in self-help page to enter data to have the system look up your ref code and/or reset your password.
I cannot enter the game time for the DASL game reports
The system has an auto-correct to ensure this data is entered correctly. If you need to enter 8 PM for start time, you should enter "08", then "00", then type "P". The system will auto-fill this as 8:00 PM. If you try to type "8:00" the system will assume the hour is "80" and will not let you proceed.
I'm having issues with my availability
The availability page is set up very simply for you to tell Jerry if you are available or not available on a given day. Go to the month and day you need to change. Place a check in any box that you ARE AVAILABLE. If you have limitations for a day... for example, you can work on Thursday but only a game after 6 PM... then in the Notes box type in something to explain this: "Aug 23: Can only take games after 6 PM." Hit the update button and all of your dates will update.
Be sure to update your availability on LSSRA if you take games with another comptition (such as AYSA) so you don't get double-booked!
